Foot & Ankle Injuries

Foot and ankle injuries
Podiatrists can provide a biomechanical assessment to aide treatment in foot and ankle injuries. This starts with a thorough history in relation to pain, a social and medical history along side associated activities. It includes examination of the feet when seated, standing and walking. These assessments are suitable for those who are experiencing discomfort in the lower limb and may be in relation to their foot posture.

Appointments:
Prior to your first appointment you will be required to complete a confidential medical history form. This will be emailed to you on making the appointment. You can either bring this with you to your appointment or send by email in advance to info@kkpodiatry.co.uk.
Whilst the content of this form may seem irrelevant for some, without it, we cannot assess, diagnosis and treat according to individual needs.
Initial assessment appointments are up to 40 minutes with subsequent follow up appointments lasting up to 30 minutes. Some treatments and/or assessment may take longer but this will be discussed at your initial appointment if this is required.
Please do not hesitate to contact us via telephone or email should you wish to discuss any treatment needs.
