Map My Mole

As a registered Map My Mole clinic, we offer digital moles reviews with UK dermatologists.

Early detection of skin cancer is critical, and with the help of Map My Mole technology, detection is faster, easier and more accessible cutting hospital referrals by 50% and giving patients results in as little as 24 hours.

Our Map My Mole service provides expert assessment.

How it works

1)

Our mole mapping service uses cutting-edge technology to capture images of the entire mole.

2)

Your images will then be securely sent to UK based consultant dermatologist for review

3)

You will then receive a detailed dermatology report within 24 hour including on next step advice should it be required.

If a suspicious mole is detected, the report can be shared with your GP to speed up any treatment which may be required.

Common questions about mole mapping:

What is the difference between mole mapping and a regular check up?

Mole mapping is more detailed than a standard mole check. It involves taking high-resolution images with modern dermoscopy technology and documenting the appearance. Our specialised camera provides detailed images which are then reviewed by a dermatologist to create a comprehensive report.

Can mole mapping detect malignancy?

Mole mapping can help identify abnormal moles which may require further investigation or treatment.

How often should I get mole mapping done?

It is recommended to have your moles mapped annually, especially if you have a history of malignancy. Regular mapping helps tract any changes, making for early detection of problems more likely.

Cost

£70 for one mole. £40 for each additional moles assessed in the same appointment.
